My adventure at the School of Art and Design of Alicante represents a period of profound professional growth, marked by an unwavering engagement in the comprehensive education of my students. My purpose extends beyond the mere transmission of knowledge; it seeks to cultivate a dynamic and exciting environment that meets the expectations of a sensitive and diverse community.

The instructional units I designed integrate curriculum goals with collaborative and practical strategies. My method facilitates critical thinking by combining traditional tools with innovative technologies. Meticulous content planning ensures clear and effective learning processes. To this end, I implement transparent assessment methods and prioritize inclusivity and accessibility. Simultaneously, I promote respect and cooperation, leveraging teamwork as a catalyst for individual development. Moreover, I manage pedagogical resources with adaptability to prevent monotony and incorporate cultural activities inside and outside the classroom.

I actively contribute to extracurricular projects within the institution, stimulating synergy between departments and unifying the faculty. My involvement in municipal competition services, exhibition curations, and educational fairs enhances our external profile. I emphasize my position as Mobility Coordinator for the meaningful contribution to the internationalization of our students. The opportunities we have created across Europe have earned us the United Nations Academic Impact and the Pan-European Seal recognitions.

I have also strived to address certain institutional shortcomings, collaborating closely with the Administration to negotiate a relocation of our premises. This endeavor aims to establish stronger connections with the public and overcome current challenges. The process has been valuable, allowing us to envision a fascinating metamorphosis that could further enhance our reputation.

Appreciation from my students is amongst the most rewarding aspects of my professional life. Surveys show an evaluation score of 4.92 out of 5, underscoring the trust I have built. This result strengthens my conviction that education surpasses the mere gathering of information. It is about fostering values, personal improvement, and social transformation. Ultimately, I confirm with humility and enthusiasm my commitment to establishing the School of Art and Design as a beacon of innovation, creativity, and excellence.
